Your first Scuba Diving Certification, the PADI Open Water course covers all the skills you need to dive anywhere in the world and begin your underwater Adventure!
The PADI Open Water Course, consists of 3 segments, your Online Learning, Confined Water Skills and your Open Water Dives, this can be completed in 2-3 days.
1 - PADI Elearning
PADI eLearning makes it easy to fit scuba lessons into a busy schedule. Learn about diving principles and terminology whenever, wherever it's convenient for you.
You can study offline, or online using a computer or mobile device and then connect with your instructor whenever you have a question.

A lot of our Customers prefer to book online, then they can start their eLearning before they arrive in beautiful Phi Phi Island.
2 - Confined Water with Your Instructor
Practice using scuba equipment in a pool (or pool-like environment) until you're comfortable. PADI training includes practice "mini dives" to help you build confidence in your new abilities before making four dives in Open Water.
3 - Open Water Dives
This is when you get to go out and practice what you have learnt in shallow water, there are skills to do and your instructor will get you comfortable in the water, in readiness for your new life as a PADI Open Water Diver.
- Prerequisites: Able to swim; medically fit for diving
- Minimum age: 10 years or older
- Depth: expect shallow dives (12m/40ft), the maximum allowed depth is 18m/60ft
