FAQs

I want to do a Course, can I start my PADI eLearning before I arrive?

Yes, you absolutely can! We recommend starting your eLearning at home before you arrive.  That way you can do your learning at your own pace and also means you aren't doing it while on a Tropical Island!

What can I see on my Dive in Phi Phi Island?

We are SUPER lucky to be able to dive around Phi Phi Island every day.  We have such a vast array of Marine Life here, from Black Tip Sharks, Eagle Rays, Turtles, huge schools of various fish, Cuttlefish, Octopus, Barracuda, Dolphins and the occasional visit from Whalesharks! Just to name a few!

When is it best to Dive in Phi Phi Islands?

The diving here is incredible all year round, we have good visibility, water temperature is always 29-30 degrees and no strong currents - it's a divers dream!

Do we offer Hotel Pick up?

Phi Phi Island has no scooters or cars, we like to keep it this way to play our part in protecting the environment around us. Everywhere on the Island is reached by foot or by boat transfer, if you are staying in Long Beach, your Hotel should be able to help you organise a Long Tail boat to the main part of the Island.

What are our Dive Times?

We dive 4 times a day, twice in a morning and twice in an afternoon.
Mornings we meet at 7.30am and return around 12.30 and afternoons we meet at 1.00pm and return at 5.30pm.

Which payment methods do we accept?

We accept, Cash, Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Prompt Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay,

I can't swim, is that a problem?

For our Discover Scuba Diving program (Half day Experience) you do not need to be able to Swim, or Instructors will look after you the whole way!

For the PADI Open Water Course, you must be able to swim 200m as part of the course requirements.
